    JOB DESCRIPTION (describe and define job in terms of specific tasks, job-roles, responsibilities, challenges etc.)

    The BG Director Financial Control provides support to their respective BG Vice-Presidents in all financial & management control issues.

    He is responsible for the monitoring of the offer process, the validation of project margin and BG financial indicators (including P&L, Operating Working Capital/ Return on Capital Employed and headcounts).

    He reports functionally to his BG EVP as well as the BG HQ Financial Control function and operationally to the company Financial Control function.

    Besides, he will be the acting TSD Financial Controller.

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS3 (list the employee-characteristics needed to perform the job successfully)

    Candidate Requirements

    1. Min. Education level: Bachelor or above

    2. Major in: Finance/ Management Control/ Accounting

    3. Working experience: 8 years in related field

    4. Computer skills: SAP, Word/ Excel, PPT

    5. Language ability: Fluent English and Chinese

    Special Requirements:

    1. Good relationship skills in order to manage multi-relations in the matrix Offer control, project accountancy experience and a previous job in an international industrial group recommended

    2. Though PCG represents today a lower scope than MCG or FCG, this position requires the same skills and competences
